Take Me Home, Country Road...
I'm here in the home state of Jennifer Garner and Natalie Provenzano. Who knew that there could be fun had in West Virginia?!?! As much as I love the rolling hills and the freezing cold weather here, I must admit that I'm looking forward to heading back to Florida next week. BTW, if anyone knows why there is a West Virginia and a Virginia, let me know. The guy at the Radio Shack in the mall seems to have his theories, but I have a strong feeling he may be incorrect.

Brian - I live in Charleston, WV. Saw the show last night. Amazing. As for why there is a West Virginia and a Virginia.... it goes back to 1863. The people of western Virginia were anti-slavery. June 20, 1863 President Lincoln created the state by executive order for the anti-slavery supporters. Tim

I'm glad you enjoyed the show. The Clay Center is one of the best theatres we've performed in and the audiences we had couldn't be beat! Certainly, your theory seems more palpable than the Radio Shack guy- something about being more cool than those in Virginia. In any event, I enjoyed my stay and thanks for supporting us!
