Spring Break

I never had the "typical" spring break while I was in college because I was usually in rehearsal for a show. How I longed to get away for a week in Cancun, or Padre Island, or the Bahamas and just sleep all day and party all night. Well... finally my chance arrived this past week in Galveston, Texas and Corpus Christi, Texas. Granted, I didn't party like a rock star since I had shows to perform in the evening, but I did walk pass a Salty Dawg bar, lay out in the sun, and buy cheap shell jewelry. And I must say I made the ultimate Beach mix to play on my ipod while burning to a crisp- two hours of goodness which included Circle In The Sand by Belinda Carlisle, Underneath It All by No Doubt, and Caribbean Blue by Enya.
