PSI

It never fails. After I complete a run in a show, I always seem to get Post Show Illness. I've been so fortunate to not have gotten deathly ill once during the nine month run of this tour. But like clockwork, despite all my attempts to avoid it, my body's defenses have let their guard down and here I am feeling a little flu-ish. Other than that, it's great to be off for the summer. I have a day at the day spa planned today- manicure, pedicure, massage, facial, and haircut. I'll get back to you after my complete rehaul. I feel like one of those people on extreme makeover!
