Merry Christmas

It's easy to forget the spirit of the season when you work retail... the not so classic renditions of Christmas songs on a constant loop in the store, the crazy and endless supply of customers, the intense frenzy and energy in the air.... but as I sit here slightly after midnight on Christmas day, I'm reminded that in a few hours I'll be surrounded by those who love me the most, I'll search the Christmas tree for all my favorite ornaments, I'll eat to my hearts content, and all will be right with the world again... even for a brief couple of days. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night. Here's hoping your holiday is filled with peace, love, and happiness.
